Rental for retreats - workshops with accommodation

There are several rental options:

- Full weekend Thursday Friday Saturday (2 nights)

Arrival from 13:30 on Thursday, departure on Saturday 17:30

- Night workshops in the middle of the week (Sunday to Wednesday)

Workshops that include accommodation

Rental for a workshop that includes accommodation is for a minimum of 20 participants,

In case of fewer participants, the lessor must supplement to the minimum amount.

In the accommodation workshops, the rental of the farm includes the 2 spaces

(heart space for activity, Tohar space - for sleep)

* Arriving at the farm, opening the gate starting at 1:30 p.m. only, not before,

also making arrangements, including the helpers,

Invite the participants from 13:30 onwards.

In order for us to allow the workshops held at the venue to finish and for us to be able to prepare the space for you.

If available and you can arrive at 10:00 am

with an additional NIS 500.

End by 5:30 p.m. no later than the appointed time,

We do not guarantee that all 9 dunams are only at your disposal.

The farm is huge, and there is more activity.

(There are volunteers who live and eat at the farm and this is their home).

The order is valid and the dates are kept only after signing a contract and transferring an advance payment of 1000 NIS not including VAT.

It is the Facilitator's responsibility to return the spaces clean and tidy as they were received.

One night accommodation cost:

200 NIS per person per night excluding VAT.

The minimum is 20 people.

Must be completed for a total of 20 people.

Hours: Thursday- Friday- 13:30 to 12:30

Friday Saturday 13:30 to 17:30

(Arrival of the facilitators and helpers, cooks, from 13:30 only)

Accommodation cost for more than one night -

150 NIS per person per night.

Minimum 20 people

Arrival on Thursday at 13:30 until Saturday until 17:30.

Extras and workshops that the place offers:

*Private bedroom for facilitators with an additional fee of NIS 350 per night

which includes a double bed and a single bed, a balcony and air conditioning.

*Buying wood: 250 NIS for a package suitable for a bonfire.

*Sweat Lodge ceremony - a ceremony from the Native American culture - rebirth, cleaning and prayer, (3 and a half hours) 150 NIS per person - minimum 15 people up to 25. With Racheli Or Shelag

Kitchen: the farm has cooks who work and know the place,

The priority is to take our cooks. Tell us if you want their phone numbers.

If you hire outside cooks.

There are 2 options for use in the kitchen:

1. You must add NIS 300 for the use of the kitchen.

2. If you include the responsible volunteer in the meals

who stays with you on the weekend and takes care of everything, the kitchen is free of charge.

The farm is not responsible for providing external cooks with accommodation.

Cancellation policy workshops with accommodation

The reservation is valid and the place is reserved only after the signing of the contract and the transfer of an advance payment

You can receive the advance or change the date from 46 business days before the workshop date on the 45th day or less, the amount of the advance is not returned to the client.
Cancellation of a transaction less than 30 business days before the due date, 50% of the transaction amount must be paid.

You are invited to come with the family and enjoy the place at this time.

Or find an alternative workshop in your place.

Advances are not refunded after 72 hours

General instructions

We maintain good neighborliness and the place is intended for development processes and internal work, we like music but the space is not intended for parties.
It is not possible to bring dogs to the farm!!!
We make sure to give you a clean, organized and orderly space especially for you, the space must be returned as you received it.
Do not remove pillows, chairs, mattresses and equipment from the closed spaces.
Do not smoke or bring food and drink into the work spaces. There are smoking areas and a model kitchen just for that.
If necessary, there is a super market in Moshav that is open until Friday at 14:30 and in Ramla there are shops open on weekends as well. (a few minutes drive from the farm)
Burning of fire is allowed only in designated places, there is a possibility to purchase wood on the spot.
The space can be obtained from 13:30 and must be vacated by 17:30. Early arrival or late departure by prior arrangement and additional charge if necessary.
The human nature farm is suitable for hosting groups of up to 100 participants.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring dogs, because a variety of animals roam freely on the farm
The Human Nature Farm is a complex for hosting workshops, courses and learning processes.
It is not possible to use 'drugs/Medicines' artificial substances on the farm!!!
At the end of the workshop we will go over the place and spaces with you and if something is destroyed, broken, burned, you will be charged for compensation.
It is not possible to bring meat to the farm, the kitchen is vegetarian.

Policy in a security emergency

According to the recommendation of the Consumer Council, it is not possible to receive a refund due to a security situation, Postpone the workshop to another time.

It is not possible to get a refund on the advance.

Daily/hourly/weekly rental

Hourly rental The prices are for a workshop of up to 25 people

The farm has a selection of spaces designed for hourly rent

The hours are calculated from the moment of arrival at the farm until the moment of departure.

"Heart" space - a pedestal (a geodesic dome structure) with a diameter of 10 meters

(about 90 square meters), mats,Cushions, 15 armchairs

Sofas and mattresses, 4 large air vents, fans, air conditioner, wood fireplace

Cost: 180 NIS per hour excluding VAT.

*Sunday-Wednesday - 5 hours or more

* Thursday minimum 7 hours

* On Friday or Saturday an hourly workshop - minimum rental is 8 hours

"Tohar" space -

a dome (a geodesic dome structure) with a diameter of 8 meters

(about 70 square meters mats, pillows, mattresses, windows, air conditioner,

attached kitchenette, Tami 4)

Cost 150 NIS per hour excluding VAT

Sunday-Wednesday when minimum rental is 5 hours

Thursday minimum 7 hours

*Friday or Saturday hourly workshop - minimum rental is 8 hours

The prices are up to 25 participants,

Each additional participant will be charged an additional fee of NIS 8 per hour per participant

It is yours responsibility to bring equipment to the coffee corner.

(coffee, sugar, milk and treats)

The price is for one space only.

Tipi space

an Indian tent for sitting around the fire - suitable for up to 15 people -

this is only for those who understand fire and know how to light and maintain a fire.

The farm does not provide wood, you can buy it or bring it from home.

150 NIS per hour minimum 5 hours, not including trees for fire.

Stunning deck - 120 square meters, with special nature all around.

Cost: 180 NIS per hour excluding VAT.

The prices are up to 25 participants

Each additional participant will be charged an additional fee of NIS 8 per hour per participant

Prices do not include VAT

Cancellation policy -

The order is valid from the moment the contract is signed and

the entire payment is transferred in advance to the armory of the date and space.

Cancellation of a transaction less than a month before the due date, 60% of the transaction amount must be paid.

Cancellation of a transaction less than 14 business days before the due date must be paid 100% of the transaction amount.

Changing the date is considered the cancellation of the workshop.
